Vacation Tips

  1. Take a quality cooling get and moisturizer with you on your travels. They refresh and cool your skin to prevent peeling and flaking in case of accidental overexposure.
  2. Take plenty of sunscreen in at least two SPF values to tailor to your sun exposure. Pick them up before you leave, they can be very expensive abroad.
  3. Apply sunscreen before getting dressed for the day, then touch up during the day, or after being in the water.
  4. Apply a higher value SPF to sensitive areas (ears, nose & forehead).
  5. A good base tan will act like a filter to block the sun's rays, it is not a substiute for sunscreen - tan smart - don't burn.
